This website was originally established in 2009. During that time, it was formerly known as Dailies (www.grandtrade.webs.com), providing only some of the useful dailies for the Neopets players and website owner.
On 4 Feb 2010, website owner's guides and Lenny Conundrum answers were integrated into the website and it's ready to take off as a website on its own. The website was renamed as HelpNeo with the redirect link from www.help.co.cc.
On 12 Feb 2010, a new domain was purchased and Joomla content management system was being used to create the new website. The website is being renamed to InfoNeopet due to its domain name (www.infoneopet.com).
On 31 Jul 2010, InfoNeopet was restored to earlier version due to an unexpected error in the database. As a result, several articles and member information are lost and have to be redone.
On 1 Jan 2011, more staff are recruited. This includes Charlie the Programmer, Tristen the Graphics Designer & Article Contributer, Richa and James Raynors the News Reporters.
